Drive the strategic and operational foundations for a deep-tech venture transforming energy grids, working directly with our CEO to turn innovative vision into real-world impact and rapid growth.. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the operational engine for our company’s carve-out. Your mission is to establish and run our Program Management Office, ensuring a seamless transition and building the foundations for our early-stage operations through rigorous execution and clear governance.. . Ideal Candidate Profile:. We’re looking for a specific blend of strategic thinking and relentless execution. You’re not just a planner; you’re a doer who thrives on turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.. Scale-up or Consulting DNA – You have experience from a fast-growing scale-up or a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4, Tier-2). You know what ‘good’ looks like.. PMO Expertise – You have demonstrable experience running a Program Management Office, with a strong command of governance, OKRs, and RAID management.. Executive Presence – You are comfortable and effective in communicating with C-level stakeholders, translating complex details into clear, concise updates.. Structure Builder – You excel at bringing order to chaos, establishing processes and systems where none existed before.. Proven Track Record – You have a portfolio of work (e.g., project plans, executive decks) that showcases your skills, which will be requested at the shortlist stage.. . Key Outcomes & KPIs (first 12 months):. On-time delivery of carve-out workstreams and critical milestones (≥90% on-time).. Board/steering reporting pack implemented with monthly cadence within 60 days.. Operational rhythm established (QBRs/OKRs) across commercial, product, and operations.. . Responsibilities:. Orchestrate the program plan, RAID, and cross-functional alignment.. Facilitate executive decision-making; prepare board materials and KPI dashboards.. Own meeting cadence, documentation quality, and follow-up on actions.. Drive special projects (partnerships, funding readiness, vendor selection).. . Requirements – Must Have:. 5+ years in PMO/CoS/consulting or scale-up operations.. Strong stakeholder management; excellent communications.. Experience with OKRs/QBRs and executive governance.. Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.. . Requirements – Nice to Have:. Energy/utility or grid-tech experience.. Carve-out/transaction exposure.. Data tooling: Jira/Confluence/Notion; BI dashboards.. .
