Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.. . 8+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.. . Experience partnering with leadership to design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for building high-performing commercial teams.. . Strong understanding of different recruitment channels and techniques, with the ability to leverage them effectively.. . Strong understanding of the biotech or life sciences industry is a plus.. .
