Build & Deliver. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services for our dispatch systems. . - Build APIs and event-driven workflows that connect systems and services reliably. . - Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability under mission-critical traffic. . - Manage data pipelines, storage strategies, and migrations with a focus on consistency. . - Craft solutions thoughtfully, avoiding bloated frameworks in favor of lean, efficient approaches.. . Collaborate & Communicate. - Work closely with product managers, backend team, and leadership to understand and solve real-world problems. . - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps with clarity and rationale. . - Document your work so others can build upon it effectively.. . . . . What We’re Looking For. . Must-Have Skills. . - Strong expertise in Node.js. . - Familiarity with TypeScript. . - Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.. - Familiarity with event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and modern API design. . - Solid understanding of Docker and cloud-native principles for deploying distributed services. . - Experience building, deploying, and monitoring production systems at scale.. - Ability to understand client and stakeholder needs to design APIs that are intuitive, reliable, and provide excellent developer experience (DX).. . Nice to Have. . - Exposure to Python, Go, or other backend languages.. - Experience with WebRTC, VoIP, or real-time communications. . - Background in high-availability, low-latency systems. . - Familiarity with AI-based observability or incident response tools. . . . . .
