Key Responsibilities:. ● Manage employee touchpoints across the lifecycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, engagement, exits), ensuring seamless experiences.. ● Partner with the Manager, HRBP and business leaders to strengthen employee relationships, foster morale, and enhance overall engagement.. ● Conduct regular connects and 1:1s with employees to capture pulse, resolve immediate concerns, and escalate concerns as needed.. ● Drive execution of engagement initiatives, conduct R&R programs, and assist with other culture-building activities.. ● Handle and support ad hoc tasks and backend operational work, ensuring timely completion and smooth coordination across teams.. ● Maintain accurate HR documentation and data, ensuring compliance and process consistency.. ● Share insights with the Manager, HRBP from employee interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.. .
