Design, document, and continuously improve payroll processes for scalability..  . . . . Partner with HR and Accounting to integrate payroll with broader business goals..  . . . . Safeguard confidentiality and data integrity in every payroll activity..  . . . . Provide expert support during audits and respond to payroll-related questions with confidence..  . . . . What You Bring.  . . . 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including multi-state operations in high-growth organizations..  . . . . Mastery of payroll tax regulations and compliance across diverse jurisdictions..  . . . . Proven success in registering new states and scaling payroll processes..  . . . . Advanced proficiency in BambooHR payroll systems (highly preferred)..  . . . . Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and follow-through..  . . . . Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment..  . . . . Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit..  . . . .
