Position Summary. . The Director, Talent Management will lead the design and execution of an integrated talent management strategy to support our high-growth, global business. This role will oversee leadership development, talent assessment and succession planning, and career development programs that build capability and engagement across all levels of the organization.. . This leader will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — building scalable systems and processes while personally engaging with leaders and teams to deliver meaningful impact.. . Key Responsibilities. . Talent Strategy & Framework. . . Design and implement a systemic, enterprise-wide approach to talent management aligned with business strategy.. . Partner with the VP of Talent Development and HR leadership to define and embed a clear talent philosophy, processes, and metrics.. . Provide leadership for organizational development, change management, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and onboarding.. . . Talent Review & Succession Planning. . . Lead the annual talent review process, ensuring consistent assessment, calibration, and identification of successors for critical roles.. . Develop and maintain talent analytics and dashboards to track talent readiness, potential, and movement across the organization.. . Coach business leaders on effective talent discussions and succession planning.. . . Leadership & Career Development. . . Collaborate with Talent Development team to build and deliver leadership development programs for frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders to strengthen the leadership pipeline.. . Partner with HR and business leaders to define career paths and create tools for employee development and growth.. . Build targeted development experiences for high-potential employees and emerging leaders.. . . Change Management & Organizational Development. . . Develop and deploy change management frameworks, tools, and communications to build capability and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.. . Support organizational development through team effectiveness, organization design, and culture shaping.. . . Employee Experience & Engagement. . . Collaborate across HR to ensure talent programs enhance the employee experience and strengthen engagement and retention.. . Use data and insights from engagement surveys and other channels to inform talent initiatives.. . . Team Leadership. . . Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of talent professionals.. . Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and hands-on delivery.. . . Qualifications. . . Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field required.. . Experience:. . . 7-10 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR discipline.. . Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.. . Proven track record in high-growth or transformational business settings.. . Experience working in or supporting a global organization.. . Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent processes (e.g., talent reviews, leadership development, performance systems).. . Experience coaching senior leaders and influencing at the executive level.. . Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.. .
