The Responsibilities.  . . . Solve complex front-end architecture problems, ensuring scalability, performance,. and maintainability.  . . Develop and ship high-quality new features using Vue. . Refactor and improve existing functionality. . Collaborate closely with other engineers. . Drive forward cross-functional projects and best practices across engineering, . design, and product teams.  . . Optimize application performance and reliability. . Introduce best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability. . Drive decisions that support rapid development. . . Qualifications.  . . . 6+ years of front-end development experience, including on complex enterprise . products.  . . Core front-end skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. . Experience with a front-end framework such as Vue or React. . Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup . environment.  . . Experience with automated testing, using a library like Cypress or Playwright. . Demonstrated skills in delivering performant code that is well-documented and . highly maintainable..  . .
