Cloud ERP & Automation Engineer at Bold Business. . Location: India, Philippines. Summary. . We’re hiring a Cloud ERP & Automation Engineer to help maintain and enhance a cloud-native, multi-tenant AI-powered ERP platform. You’ll work on ERP modules, data pipelines, and automation integrations across departments such as HR, Payroll, Operations, and Client Support. This is a hands-on role for engineers who want to grow their skills in SQL/PostgreSQL, cloud architecture, backend development, and workflow automation. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and AI automation specialists to learn best practices in platform design, data modeling, and multi-tenant reliability.. . Responsibilities. . Platform & Data Modeling. . . Assist in implementing multi-tenant ERP data models, migrations, and schema evolution.. . Support reporting, audit trails, and performance monitoring for ERP modules.. . Help define service boundaries and integration patterns for operational workflows.. . . Cloud Platform & Infrastructure. . . Support building scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.. . Assist with IAM, networking (VPC/VNet), compute/storage, KMS, logging, and security configurations.. . Learn to use Terraform for repeatable and secure infrastructure provisioning.. . . Containers & Orchestration. . . Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes.. . Ensure service reliability, scaling, and isolation under guidance from senior engineers.. . . Backend Development & Integrations. . . Build APIs, connectors, and event/webhook handlers using TypeScript/Node.js.. . Integrate workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier with backend systems.. . Learn event-driven patterns like retries, idempotency, and DLQs for operational workflows.. . . Workflow Automation & Data Insights. . . Assist in operationalizing workflow automations across departments.. . Support building dashboards, reporting layers, and analytics to track KPIs and performance.. . Ensure integrations are secure, observable, and maintainable.. . . Qualifications. . . 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.. . Solid SQL/PostgreSQL skills with basic understanding of multi-tenant data modeling, reporting, and migrations.. . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud security/compliance patterns.. . Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying services.. . Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or willingness to learn.. . Basic proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js for backend integrations and API development.. . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.. . . Preferred / Bonus Points. . . Experience with ERP, BPO, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.. . Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.. . Exposure to data analytics, reporting layers, or BI pipelines.. .
