We’re looking for a sharp, people-driven Recruiter who can spot strong talent quickly, move candidates through a clean and organized pipeline, and keep hiring systems running smoothly. If you enjoy building teams, improving hiring workflows, and operating in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in—without the usual onboarding chaos.. . What You’ll Do. . . . Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Customer Support, Operations, Sales, and Clinical teams. . . . Own and maintain candidate pipelines using.  . Greenhouse.io.  . (hands-on use required). . . . Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, and creative sourcing channels. . . . Screen applicants and conduct structured initial interviews. . . . Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers. . . . Continuously improve job postings, hiring workflows, and overall candidate experience. . . . Support HR documentation and onboarding coordination as needed. . . . What We’re Looking For. . . . 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (PH or international). . . . Strong, hands-on experience with Greenhouse.io.  . (job posting, pipeline management, candidate movement, interview coordination). . . . Proven sourcing skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. . . . Excellent communication and candidate-management skills. . . . Experience hiring for high-volume or fast-turn roles is a plus. . . . Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growth startup environment. . . . Ability to work U.S. business hours. . . How to Apply. .
