Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.. . Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.. . Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create reports to present to senior management.. . Work closely with marketing, technical, logistics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Interfaces with and account-manages strategic clients to develop long-term win-win relationships and generate a recurring pipeline of sales leads for the company.. . Assesses, prioritizes, and qualifies sales leads before advising management on which deals to pursue.. . Interface between potential customers and the engineering team to develop solutions for the customer.. . Provide regular feedback from the market to senior management. . . Skills and Qualifications Requirements. . . At least 5 to 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.. . A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.. .
