Own the end-to-end website experience, balancing beautiful UI with high-performance UX and rigorous QA.. . . . Lead the Creative Engine:. . Manage our UX/UI designer and copywriter to produce site assets that are both on-brand and optimized for action.. . . . Guardian of Quality:. . Lead QA for all site changes—nothing goes live without your stamp of approval on visual fidelity, functional integrity, and brand consistency.. . . . Strategic Prioritization:. . Act as the traffic controller for the product roadmap, managing all website updates, bug fixes, and major releases.. . . . Collaborate & Connect:. . Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Engineering, and Brand teams to ensure the site hits our North Star metrics (Conversion, Retention, and Storytelling).. . . . Systems Thinker:. . Build and maintain our design systems and UX standards to ensure scalability as we grow.. . . . Optimization Obsessive:. . Constantly audit user flows and funnels, using data-driven insights to remove friction and increase LTV.. . . . Who You Are. . . . Communication Pro:. . You possess. . native-level or professional fluency in English. . (written and verbal). You can articulate "the why" behind a design choice to a stakeholder as easily as you can write a technical bug report for an engineer.. . . . Experienced:. . 4–6 years in Digital Product Management, UX, or E-commerce.. . . . The "Middle Child":. . You bridge the gap between Creative and Engineering.. . . . Systems Thinker:. .
