We are seeking a high-ownership . Sourcing and Logistics Lead. to build the operational backbone for our scaling production. This role is focused on the "nitty-gritty" of . procurement planning. based on production schedules. You will ensure we have the correct raw parts to meet the units required by our sales pipeline while managing a diverse supplier base.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Procurement Planning:. Analyze sales pipelines and production schedules to determine exact raw part requirements and ensure material availability.. . End-to-End Sourcing:. Own the sourcing of components, subassemblies, and materials across multiple vendors and contract manufacturers.. . Inventory Visibility:. Maintain accurate inventory records and demand forecasts across prototypes, production units, spares, and fielded systems.. . Logistics Coordination:. Manage domestic and international logistics, including freight forwarders, customs documentation, and warehousing.. . Supplier Performance:. Monitor cost, quality, and delivery; proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.. . . Required Qualifications . . . Experience:. 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.. . Procurement Expertise:. Strong background in the "buying" and sourcing side of manufacturing; expert at navigating procurement planning based on production schedules.. . Manufacturing Background:. Experience managing suppliers and contract manufacturers in a hardware environment.. . Inventory Management:. Strong understanding of demand forecasting and purchase order management.. . Logistics Knowledge:. Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.. . Communication:. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset; able to provide clear feedback to internal teams.. . . Preferred Qualifications. . . Startup Experience:.
