With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.. About the Role. . We’re hiring a . RevOps Lead. to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. You’ll work hands-on across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our revenue processes, systems, and data are clean, aligned, and built to scale.. . This is a highly impactful individual contributor role. You’ll turn data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable revenue impact. If you love owning systems, optimizing workflows, and bringing order to fast moving growth teams- this role is for you.. . What You’ll Do. . . Own day-to-day revenue operations across the full funnel: lead → opportunity → close → renewal.. . Maintain and optimize CRM and revenue tooling to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.. . Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and performance.. . Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align processes, definitions, and handoffs.. . Monitor and improve key revenue metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, churn, expansion).. . Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then automate and streamline workflows to support scale.. . Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.. . Ensure data hygiene, system integrity, and operational consistency as the business grows.. . . What We Need. . . 4 to 7+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a related analytics/ops role.. . Strong hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).. . Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.. . Experience operating in a startup or SaaS environment.. . Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities.. . A proactive, ownership-driven mindset- you see problems and fix them.. . . Nice to Have. . . Experience supporting early-stage or high-growth companies.. . Exposure to sales forecasting, quota support, or pipeline analytics.. . Familiarity with automation tools and basic data modeling.. . . What We Offer. . .
