As a . Secondary Marketing Associate. , you will support the daily operational functions of the Secondary Marketing team. Your work helps ensure accurate rate distribution, efficient lock processing, and reliable pricing records, enabling the organization to maintain competitive pricing, operational accuracy, and strong internal service delivery.. . 🛠️ Key Responsibilities. . . . Distribute daily mortgage rate sheets and ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders.. . . . Assist with processing . rate lock, relock, and extension requests. , supporting lock desk workflow accuracy.. . . . Perform . data entry, reconciliation, and validation. activities related to settled and locked loans.. . . . Maintain accurate loan pricing, lock desk, and transaction activity records.. . . . Provide administrative and operational support to the Secondary Marketing function.. . . . Respond to routine internal inquiries and escalate complex pricing or lock issues to senior team members.. . . . Remain informed on company policies, pricing procedures, and applicable market guidelines.. . . . Support additional operational and administrative initiatives as assigned.. . . . 🎯 What You Bring. . . . High School Diploma or GED required.. . . . Foundational understanding of mortgage lending, capital markets, or financial services environments preferred.. . . .
