Position Summary:. . The . Associate. . Director, Medical Information and Training . will report to the . Executive Director of Medical Information. and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Medical Affairs training. This role will develop and scale up the Medical Affairs training curriculum, develop high-quality training content, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure materials are accurate, consistent with core scientific messaging, and scientifically balanced and compliant. The Lead will partner closely with Field Medical, Medical Directors, Medical Information, Publications/Scientific Communications, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, and key agency/vendor partners to ensure launch readiness and continuous learning.. . Responsibilities: . . . Training strategy & curriculum . . . Support the design and ongoing management of the Medical Affairs training curriculum (onboarding, foundational disease state, product/science, skills-based training, and ongoing updates).. . Build a structured training architecture (learning paths by role, competency framework, training calendar, and certification approach).. . Define training standards and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and high learner engagement.. . . . Launch readiness & content development. . . Support development of launch readiness training plans for Field Medical Directors and Medical Affairs stakeholders, including pre-launch and post-launch reinforcement.. . Create and/or oversee development of training materials (e.g., slide decks, facilitator guides, eLearning scripts, microlearning, FAQs, simulations).. . Partner with Medical Strategy to translate evidence into clear, field-ready learning modules and ensure alignment with scientific platforms and key messages.. . Coordinate congress/data readout readiness training and rapid content updates as new data emerge.. . . . Cross-functional collaboration. . . Serve as the central point of contact for Medical Affairs training across functions (Medical, Commercial training, Market Access, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, PV/Safety as applicable).. . Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align on core messaging and ensure consistent use across materials and channels.. . Engage field leadership to incorporate feedback from the field and improve relevance and usability of training.. . . . MLR/medical-legal-regulatory (and compliance) readiness. . . Manage end-to-end content workflows through MLR review, including submission readiness, version control, annotation/references, and on-time approvals.. . Ensure training content complies with relevant regulations, company policies, and SOPs; proactively identify and mitigate risk.. . Establish templates and a review-ready content package standard to reduce cycle time and rework.. . . . Operational excellence & measurement. . . Manage training operations including timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communications.. . Track and report key metrics (completion, proficiency/knowledge checks, certification status, time-to-competency, learner feedback, effectiveness).. . Maintain training documentation for inspection readiness and audit support.. . Support vendor management as needed.. . . . .  . . Qualifications: . . . Required. . . Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred; MD, NP/PA), or equivalent clinical experience with 5-10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically in Medical Affairs Training including launch preparation and continuous learning.. . Demonstrated experience developing scientific training content as well as managing MLR review/approval processes.. . Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of driving alignment and execution without direct authority.. . Excellent project management, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to translate complex science into clear, teachable content.. . . . Preferred. . . Experience supporting Field Medical Medical teams and/or Medical Information content and workflows.. . Familiarity with various platforms ie. LMS, Veeva (Vault/CRM), and content management processes.. . Experience building competency frameworks and certification programs (role-based onboarding, simulations).. .
