We are seeking a Lead QA Auditor to spearhead a high-stakes initiative for our client in the automotive industry. Since 2021, they have been building a unified infrastructure to connect all business branches into a Single Billing View and Master Account View.. . The Lead will oversee a team of 4 analysts tackling a massive backlog (7-8 million lines of data) to ensure that products created within accounts are accurately reflected in both Salesforce and our billing systems. This is a critical "cleanup" and validation project to ensure revenue integrity across different solutions.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 4 Analysts, providing guidance on complex data discrepancies and ensuring the team hits weekly audit targets.. . 3-Way Systems Audit: Lead the complex manual reconciliations between Product Activation logs, Salesforce records, and Billing Systems.. . Escalation Management: Act as the main point of contact for the Sr. Director of Operations to report on progress, roadblocks, and data trends.. . High-Volume Analysis: Oversee the validation of a 7-8 million-line database, ensuring the team maintains 100% accuracy.. . Strategic Documentation: Finalize audit reports identifying where system integrations failed to sync data between branches since 2021.. . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . . Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a QA Analyst, Data Auditor, or Revenue Operations role.. . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.. . Salesforce Mastery: Deep experience navigating Salesforce objects (Accounts, Assets, and Contracts) and understanding the "Lead-to-Cash" flow.. . Advanced Data Manipulation: Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) to reconsolidate massive datasets manually.. . Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to perform "forensic" data work and explain the "why" behind data gaps to stakeholders.. . Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail and the ability to keep a team motivated during high-volume, manual tasks.. . . Preferred (Nice to Have). . . Leading Experience: Prior experience as a Team Lead, Senior Analyst, or Project Coordinator is highly preferred.. . Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive software (SaaS) industry.. . .
