Our Licensing Team is core to our business and ensures licensing requests move forward accurately and efficiently. The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing a queue of licensing requests, tracking application progress, coordinating required documentation, and supporting the team in meeting established service-level expectations.. . Review and maintain assigned queue to ensure completeness and accuracy in accordance with state licensing requirements. . Review and quality check (QC) license applications (online and paper) and Primary Source Verifications (PSVs) for accuracy and completeness, in addition to submitting applications and PSVs.. . Initiate and manage primary source verifications (education, training, employment, license verifications, etc.). . Monitor for and resolve deficiencies, including Board communication as needed. . Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and clients regarding requirements, missing items, and status updates. . Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate timely licensure. . Prepare and provide license status updates to clients. . Manage mailing processes, including printing, assembling, tracking, and ensuring timely submission of application materials. . Monitor files to ensure timely completion of outstanding requirements. . Support time-sensitive updates, including application corrections and email address changes. . Participate in scheduled and ad hoc meetings. . Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. . . Skills and Requirements:. . . Experience with Behavioral Health, Nursing, and Physician license types; multi-state experience preferred (IMLC, NLC a plus). . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex licensing requirements. . Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to clearly articulate next steps to providers and stakeholders. . Close attention to detail with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. . Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining productivity during workload fluctuations. . Professional demeanor when interacting with providers, clients, and internal teams. .
