As an RFP Administrator, you will own the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Security, and Marketing teams to gather technical and business information, ensuring responses are accurate, compelling, and aligned with Keeper’s value proposition.. . Responsibilities. . . Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, from intake and qualification to final submission. . Review RFP/bid requirements and manage fulfillment of all requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness. . Manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposals. . Draft, edit, and tailor compelling responses that clearly articulate Keeper’s value proposition, differentiators, and technical capabilities. . Maintain and continuously improve a centralized RFP content library, including reusable boilerplate and approved responses. . Partner with Sales and Account Teams to align proposals with customer requirements and strategic deal objectives. . Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to gather accurate and compliant technical and contractual information. . Manage and respond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests. . Ensure proposals comply with formatting, legal, and regulatory requirements. . Identify opportunities to improve response efficiency, quality, and win rates through process optimization. . Track and report on RFP metrics, including submission volume, turnaround time, and win/loss insights. . Support strategic enterprise opportunities with customized executive summaries and value narratives. . Contribute to the continuous improvement of Keeper’s proposal management processes and tools. . . . . Requirements. . . 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, bid coordination, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity). . Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. . Experience responding to enterprise-level RFPs and security questionnaires. . Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. . Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. . Strong project management and organizational skills. . Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams. . Proficiency with Salesforce.com and/or proposal management tools preferred. . Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, SaaS, or enterprise software is strongly preferred. . Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS in Communications, English, Business, or related field). . State and/or Federal RFP process experience is highly beneficial. . . . . Benefits. . .
