Position Summary: . . This position manages the in-kind program for our Disney cruise partners, including handling booking requests for wishes on behalf of chapter program staff. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, as well as the corporate partner, in developing and coordinating this in-kind partnership and program.. . Knowledge and Abilities:. . . Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.. . Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures.. . Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.. . . Duties & Responsibilities:. . . Manages and coordinates the cruise in-kind program for Disney in support of chapter wish requests.. . Advises and supports chapters on program utilization.. . Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing this in-kind resource for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing efficient processes and trainings, and communicating with stakeholders.. . Analyzes, tracks and reports on program utilization.. . Synthesizes and shares chapter feedback to improve program impact.. . Directly completes booking requests.. . Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.. . Performs other job duties, as assigned.. . . Qualifications:. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.. . Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel.. . 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred.. . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.. . Experience with Salesforce systems preferred.. . . Working Conditions:. . . Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.. . Some travel may be required.. .
