This role is the face of our pickup operations, supporting both end consumers and local designers who are collecting furniture orders.. . . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and proactive; someone who enjoys interacting with people while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.. . . . In This Role. . . Greet customers and designers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner. . Verify customer information and coordinate order retrieval with warehouse staff. . Create a smooth, positive pick-up experience from arrival to departure. . Send pick-up reminders to customers in advance of scheduled appointments. . Follow up with customers who have missed scheduled pickups. . Help answer customer questions related to pick-up and scheduling. . Accurately track pickups and maintain updated records. . Assist in organizing daily pickup schedules. . Maintain clear and professional communication via phone, email, or messaging platforms. . Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Pickup Operations Manager. . Support overall warehouse flow and efficiency as needed. .
