The Generalist II, Collaborator Experience independently executes core CX operational services and supports the delivery of consistent, highquality collaborator support. This role applies established service standards, identifies process gaps, and partners closely with the Operations Manager to maintain data integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness.. . . . Independently manage collaborator inquiries across multiple CX operational topics. . . . . . Apply intake, triage, and escalation workflows accurately and consistently. . . . . . Identify recurring issues and surface trends to support operational improvements.. . . . . Execute CX operational processes across the collaborator lifecycle with minimal supervision.. . . . . Support implementation of new workflows, tools, or service standards.. . . . . Maintain accurate HRIS records and perform routine data quality checks. . . . . . Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and correcting discrepancies.. . . . . Execute processes in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. . . . . . Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent HR operations experience. . . . . . 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services. . . . . .
