Key Responsibilities. . Customer Communication & Support. . . . Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.. . . . Support customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns, following established SOPs.. . . . Communicate proactively regarding defect, warranty, or replacement requests, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.. . . .
