Swell Media is looking for a data-driven Senior Marketplace Strategy Specialist to join our team in managing and optimizing the digital footprint for a diverse portfolio of brands. This role is the "engine room" of our client’s success, responsible for translating raw marketplace data into actionable growth strategies. You will manage the health and performance of brands across their direct ecommerce sites and major third-party retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. . . This person will take the lead in all large analysis requests including reviews and ad hoc requests. They will work directly with the Project Managers to ensure the weekly reporting is accurate and timely. They are hands-on for any major campaign or product expansion working with the team or directly with the client.. .  . . Essential Duties and Responsibilities.  . (Other duties may be assigned). . . Primary Focus: Advanced analytics, cross-platform strategy, campaign expansion/rollout, and client facing reporting.. . Omnichannel Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other tools to track KPIs across multiple platforms.. . Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly deep dives into sales data, advertising spend (ROAS/ACOS), and conversion rates to identify trends and optimization opportunities.. . Catalog & Data Management: Work as part of the team that ensures product listings, pricing, and promotional data are accurate and up to date across retail and DTC platforms.. . Strategic Insights: Collaborate with team to review trends and provide data-backed recommendations to help improve overall sales performance.. . Analysis and Reporting:  Responsible for ensuring all client dashboard, reports, and reviews are executed on time.. . Reporting/Data Design: Works directly with the leadership and the development team to constantly expand, refine, and improve our automation and reporting systems.. . Retailer and Marketplace Optimization: Active role in helping marketing and merchandising teams analyze and execute performance enhancements on platform.. . Omnichannel Strategy: Work with team to advise clients on how to balance media spend between DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and Target to maximize total brand growth.. . .  . . Qualifications - . Advanced Excel: You should be a "power user" (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data cleaning).. . Direct Platform Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically within DTC Ecommerce, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and/or Walmart/Target portals.. . Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and/or Looker Studio (SQL or Python knowledge is a major plus at this level).. . Business Acumen: Solid understanding of ecommerce P&Ls, including Amazon fees, shipping costs, and advertising margins.. . Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy when managing large datasets, reviewing trends, creating dashboards and implementing content or merchandising changes.. . .  . . Education- .
