About the Role. . The Delivery Director is responsible for leading and scaling CodeRoad’s delivery organization, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality solutions for clients. This role bridges technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.. . You will act as a strategic technical partner for our clients, bridging their business needs with our engineering and project management capabilities. Your focus is on fostering long-term partnerships, enabling client success, and strengthening CodeRoad’s reputation as a trusted technology advisor.. . Key Responsibilities. . 1. Strategic Client Partnership. . . Primary Liaison:. Act as the primary technical and delivery liaison for key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions with their needs.. . Relationship Nurturing:. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and thought leadership.. . Sales Support:. Support Sales in pre-sales engagements, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by providing delivery credibility and solution guidance.. . . 2. Solution Advisory & Delivery Leadership. . . Expert Guidance:. Provide expert guidance on technology choices, architectures, and delivery best practices to ensure scalability, security, and quality.. . Emerging Tech:. Stay current with emerging technologies—such as Agentic AI and MLOps—and evaluate their relevance for client solutions.. . Standards Enforcement:. Define and enforce internal delivery standards, quality frameworks, and Agile methodologies across all teams.. . . 3. Delivery Oversight. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration:. Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Tech Leads to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project execution.. . KPI Monitoring:. Monitor delivery KPIs including velocity, quality, utilization, and defect rates, addressing risks proactively.. . Talent Acquisition:. Actively participate in the final technical and cultural interview rounds for all candidates joining the Studio or specialized Accounts.. . . 4. People Development & Leadership. . . High-Level Mentorship:. Mentor and coach Program Managers, Architects, and Senior Project Managers.. . Growth Frameworks:. Partner with the COO and People team to implement career paths and growth frameworks for the delivery roles.. . Performance Culture:. Conduct performance reviews and foster a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.. . . Success Measures. . Your success is tied directly to the health of the partnership and the stability of the delivery:. . . Client Satisfaction (NPS):. Maintaining high technical and delivery satisfaction scores from client stakeholders.. . Employee Satisfaction (eNPS):. Maintaining high satisfaction scores from internal team members within your oversight.. . Account Expansion:. Directly contributing to client retention and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.. . On-Time & On-Budget Delivery:. Meeting SOW milestones with high quality and technical stability.. . Performance Review Coverage:. Completing fair and constructive evaluations for all engineers and managers assigned to your projects.. . . Core Competencies. . . Strategic Client Partnership:. Proven experience as a senior technical leader or consultant in staff augmentation or software development services.. .
