Director, Strategic Accounts at Celcuity Inc.. . Location: Remote. POSITION SUMMARY:. . The regional Director of Strategic Accounts will develop and execute strategies to reduce/remove barriers to access for Celcuity product(s) for assigned strategic oncology accounts. Duties include managing relationships with decision makers at strategic accounts, comprehending their needs, and fostering mutually advantageous solutions through crafting and carrying out business plans for those accounts. This role regularly interacts with a mix of oncology market stakeholders, which may include C-Suite and pharmacy leadership from Health Systems, IDNs, Academic Institutions, Community Hospitals, Community Oncology Clinics/Practice Networks/Purchasing Aggregation Groups. Additionally, this role engages in strategic B2B relationships with representatives from Group Purchasing Organizations, Pathway Developers, P+T committees, and Special Interest Groups (i.e. COA, NCODA, ATOPP, State Societies, etc.). This individual will be responsible for aligning with other commercial and operational functions to build and execute a comprehensive and impactful account engagement strategy.. . PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:. . . Access and Engagement Planning: Develop and execute access and engagement plans for assigned strategic accounts that align with Celcuity strategy to ensure performance targets are exceeded. . Relationship Management: Partner with leadership of assigned strategic account, including C-Suite, Pharmacy, Value/Procurement, Formulary/P&T/Pathway decision makers as well as specialty GPO teams and other population health-based stakeholders, to ensure timely product access, optimal product positioning and contract pull-through, where appropriate. . Negotiation: Develop, present and implement approved business case proposals. . Communication: Prepare and present strategic account performance, market insights/trends and recommendations to relevant stakeholders at Celcuity on a regular basis. . Collaboration: Regularly engage with cross-functional teams to support transparent and impactful planning and account engagement. . Event Management: Drive projects to ensure Market Access event sponsorship, exhibiting logistics, marketing messaging/ and budget management for assigned special interest groups occurs. . Communicate key learnings/updates with internal stakeholders. . . . . QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:. . . Bachelor's degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or business-related field).. . Eight plus (8+) years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, healthcare consulting industry, technology and/or other relevant organizations with different types of cross-functional roles/experience. . 3-5 years of strategic account management experience covering Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs, and/or large community oncology integrated networks. . 2+ years in project management and translation of strategy into execution. . 2+ years leading complex projects requiring cross-functional and national alignment. . Track record of exceptional performance and execution that drives results, embodies strong influencing skills, and the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in stressful situations. . Proven success in negotiating contract terms, developing contract proposals (including financial analytics), driving contract implementation, and delivering contract results. . Superior written, oral, and group communication skills. . Experience working in the Buy and Bill reimbursement environment. . Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently. . Teamwork and leadership skills including the ability to influence without positional authority. . Effective problem-solving and recommendation generation/solutioning. . . About Us:. . For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $215,000 - $235,000 DOE. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.. .
