Physicians can earn $25 per assigned supervision slot (in capped states) and $30 per completed chart review. Total monthly earnings may vary based on state coverage and activity.. . Part-time, 1099 contract position with autonomy over your clinical schedule.. . . What You’ll Do. . . Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine.. . Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including prescribing medication when clinically appropriate.. . Provide supervision and oversight to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in states requiring collaborative agreements.. . Complete required chart reviews and provide timely consultation support to NPs.. . Maintain responsiveness for collaboration duties in accordance with state requirements and UpLift standards.. . Coordinate care with UpLift’s network of therapists and other providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.. . Provide empathetic, evidence-based care while upholding UpLift’s clinical and service standards.. . Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.. . . Who We’re Looking For. . . Board-certified Psychiatrist with active clinical experience.. . Active and unrestricted medical license(s) in one or more of the following priority states: Virginia, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina.. . Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.. . Experience supervising or collaborating with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (e.g. NPs) is preferred.. . Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.. . Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.. . Strong communication skills and ability to provide timely consultation support.. . Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.. . . Important to Know. . . This is a part-time, contract (1099) position — not a salaried employee role.. . Physicians may set their own schedules for patient care; however, collaboration responsibilities require ongoing responsiveness.. . Physicians may stop seeing patients at any time, but collaborative agreement responsibilities require a 120-day wind-down period to ensure continuity of care.. . Compensation structure varies by state depending on collaboration requirements (capped vs. uncapped states).. . UpLift will credential and enroll you with multiple health plans to expand access to insured patients.. . All care is delivered remotely through UpLift’s telehealth platform.. .
