Collateral Analyst at . eLEND,.  you will be a vital part of our post-closing operations team, responsible for the meticulous handling and review of critical mortgage collateral documents. Your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, . facilitating.  the secure transfer of collateral to warehouse banks, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure . timely.  loan funding. Your attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements will directly contribute to the efficiency and integrity of our loan process..  . . 🛠️ . Key Responsibilities. . . Retrieve mail and overnight deliveries by 10 am and log all items received into the system of record, separating by funded/unfunded loans..  . . . . Review Notes, Endorsements, and Security Instruments for accuracy and completeness, identifying any errors..  . . . . Advise the Manager, CPS, and/or C/CDE Lender of any identified issues and work to remedy the inaccuracies..  . . . . Prepare shipping manifests to accompany collateral to the assigned warehouse bank..  . . . . Update the system of record accurately and in a timely manner..  . . . . Update the system of record and ensure all supplemental documents are provided to the warehouse bank to clear any suspended collateral..  . . . . Confirm receipt of collateral with the warehouse bank and update the system of record to enable the Funding team to purchase the loan..  . . . . Work on agency loans with FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA, ensuring compliance with their guidelines..  . . . . Coordinate all ancillary projects concerning collateral materials under the supervision of the Vice President of Post-Closing..  . . . . Perform other duties as assigned, based on competencies and experience..  . . . 🎯 . What You Bring. . . The ability to read and comprehend Federal, State, Warehouse Bank, and Investor regulations and requirements..  . . . . The ability to review all collateral documents received and identify errors, effectively communicating resolutions required..  . . . . The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity..  . . . . The ability to problem-solve issues effectively by collaborating with partners and clients..  . . . . A consistent demonstration of a high level of integrity in all actions..  . . . . The ability to adapt communication and requests to different audiences regularly..  . . . . The ability to discuss matters professionally and effectively with settlement agents, C and CDE Lenders, and other internal parties..  . . . . The ability to manage and meet several competing deadlines without compromising accuracy..  . . . . Have a demonstrated alignment with eLEND's core values through your actions and work ethic..  . .
