We’re growing our internal recruiting team and looking for an eager, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of the success. This position is focused on hiring for internal positions within Openwork for both our customer-facing market and corporate teams. Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.. . Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.. . Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles and client-facing positions within Openwork.. . Conduct thorough and strategic interviews to uncover top talent who not only have the right skills but are also a strong culture fit.. . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future internal hiring needs.. . Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.. . Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate and meet internal hiring demands.. . Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.. . Promote Openwork’s employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.. . . What You’ll Bring:. . . 2+ years of internal talent acquisition or recruiting experience. . Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles. . Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.. . Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).. . Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.. .
