ITSM tickets. , major incidents, and cross-team escalations in partnership with the . Service Desk. ..  . . Define escalation models, ownership boundaries, and handoff procedures between Systems Administration and the Service Desk.. . Establish and enforce standards for . identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID. .. . Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical, security, or system reliability issues.. . Coach, mentor, and provide technical leadership to Administrator I, II and II roles, including guidance on scripting and automation best practices.. . Demonstrated proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent languages.. .
