Accounts Receivable Manager at Guild Garage Group. . Location: Remote. Guild Garage Group is currently conducting a search for an . Accounts Receivable Manager. to join our corporate accounting team. This position will play an active role in providing A/R support to our brands and providing necessary oversight. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong desire to learn and implement process improvements. The ability to prioritize, efficiently plan work activities, and be detail and results oriented is critical to the position.. . Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually. . Location: 100% Remote, preferred location in the Central and Eastern Time Zones. . Responsibilities. . . Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.. . Train and support brand level staff regarding the proper use of the CRM/Sales Order system. Answer questions from the brand on an as needed basis.. . Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and minimize overdue receivables.. . Develop and implement procedures to collect outstanding payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).. . Provide oversight to brand team members regarding collection efforts.. . Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.. . Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and recording of customer payments. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.. . Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.. . Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.. . . Qualifications. . . Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. . 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor required.. . Strong experience within a multi-entity business environment at a corporate level. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Proficient in MS Office suite. . Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar. . Experience using a CRM system such as Service Titan or similar.. . . What we have to offer you!. . .
