Director of Contract Administration & Aircraft Registration at Bond OpCo, LLC. . Location: Remote-Must be US based. Who . We Are. . BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.. . As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.. Role Overview. . We’re looking for an executive-caliber operator to own contract administration end-to-end. You’ll architect the systems, governance, and technology stack behind every fractional transaction — serving as the bridge between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Owner Services. This role is remote within the continental US, with regular travel to our South Florida headquarters for closings, leadership sessions, and team collaboration.. . If you’ve spent a career watching contract and title workflows get bolted together piece by piece and you’ve always wanted a clean sheet to build it right — this is the role. We’re looking for a builder: someone who thrives on designing systems from the ground up, stays calm under closing-day pressure, and instinctively protects the owner experience while protecting the company.. . What You’ll Do. . . Own every fractional closing end-to-end — coordinating aircraft positioning, funds flow, document execution, and post-closing filings on time and without surprises.. . Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of Fractional Binder Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, Joint Ownership Agreements, and related ancillary documents.. . Drive the full FAA filing and recordation process and manage International Registry (Cape Town Convention) registrations, priority searches, and discharges.. . Build the contract lifecycle management (CLM) stack from the ground up — tool selection, templating, clause libraries, approval workflows, and reporting dashboards.. . Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and IT on integrations across Salesforce, DocuSign, CLM, ERP, and owner-facing systems.. . Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing contracts and title team as the program scales.. . Represent BOND with outside counsel, FAA counsel, title/escrow providers, and industry peers at the caliber expected of a senior leader.. . Travel to BOND’s South Florida headquarters and industry events (NBAA-BACE, Corporate Jet Investor, and similar) as needed.. . . Required Qualifications. . . 5–10+ years of progressive experience in private aviation contracting, aircraft transactions, or aircraft title and escrow — with deep exposure to fractional or shared-ownership structures.. . Fluency with Part 91 and Part 135 operating models, FAA registration and recordation, Cape Town/International Registry filings, and Truth-in-Leasing requirements.. . Track record of building or materially transforming a contracts, title, or transaction-closing function — not just operating a mature one.. . Expert-level contract drafting and negotiation skills — able to hold your own with outside counsel and translate cleanly for commercial teams.. . Strong working knowledge of CLM platforms (Ironclad, Conga, Agiloft, or similar), DocuSign, and Salesforce.. . Executive-grade written and verbal communication skills.. . Bachelor’s degree required.. . . Preferred Qualifications. . . Prior leadership at a fractional operator, aircraft OEM, charter/management company, aviation law firm, or aircraft title company.. . Paralegal certification.. . Experience making build-vs-buy technology decisions for contracting infrastructure.. . . Location & Travel. .
