Our platform helps enterprise and government customers reduce vulnerabilities in cloud-native environments and accelerate compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP and SOC2.. . We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–2 years of experience to help generate pipeline and support sales growth.. . Responsibilities. . . Generate and qualify new business opportunities. . Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation. . Research target accounts and potential customers. . Work closely with sales and marketing teams. . Schedule meetings and support pipeline development. . Communicate RapidFort’s value proposition to prospective customers. . . Qualifications. . . Bachelor’s degree required. . 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead generation. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud technologies preferred. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. . . Compensation & Benefits. . . Base salary: $60,000–$80,000. . U.S. citizenship preferred due to government customer exposure.
