Senior Analyst. for an existing vacancy on our Investment team to integrate AI tools within our trading and process platforms to modernize trading services for clients. The role will combine CC&L Private Capital Trading & Execution practices with strong fundamentals in . AI enablement. . In this role, you’ll provide high-impact initiatives that improve trading efficiencies, automate repeatable workflows, forecasting, and elevate decision support through scalable models, dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis. You’ll work in a collaborative environment across the organization—supported by internal Private Capital and cross functional AI enablement teams. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week. . What You Will Do. . . Pooled fund trade execution and oversight. . Execute asset mix and cash flow trades in accordance with client SIPs (Statement of Investment Policies). . Support onboarding and restructuring of client mandates. . Work with internal teams on data integrity, special trade requests, trade issues and ad hoc activities. . Participate in special trading functions such as client Asset Mix shifts, Alternative Investment Capital Calls and Fee trading. . Utilize AI tools to connect operational platforms to improve trading efficiencies, productivity, forecasting and stress testing current operations. . Develop decision-support tooling (templates, dashboards) that increases financial operation confidence and consistency. . Prototype and scale automation (such as Python/SQL/Power Query/Power BI) to reduce manual effort and improve control, repeatability, and auditability.. . Partner with Technology and AI enablement stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance and are secure and scalable. . . What You Bring. . . 2+ years’ experience in financial services or risk management, or in a related industry. . Proficiency in capital markets, financial concepts, and account types (RRSPs, TFSAs, LIRAs, FHSAs, Corporate/Personal taxable accounts, etc.). . Advanced Excel; strong data manipulation skills, proficiency in MS Suite applications. . Experience using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate Finance deliverables, and experience deploying or operationalizing ML models (validation, monitoring, documentation, versioning). . Experience with Salesforce, Charles River, KDB, would be an asset. . Bachelor’s degree with preference in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or similar discipline. . Functional/technical expertise, communication, collaboration skills. . Ownership, growth mindset, continuous improvement & innovation. . Planning, judgment & decision-making skills. . . The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
