Manager, Business Systems & Analytics at Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure.. . Location: Remote - US. Opportunity. . Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data, analytics, and AI, and eager to be part of an innovative company that's on a journey to transform the world's data center and IoT infrastructure. Endeavour is hiring a Manager, Business Systems & Analytics to build and operate our data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem while also playing a meaningful role in a large, multi-system implementation underway across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who has owned dashboards, data pipelines, ERP-connected reporting, and AI-enabled analytics, and who has also been in the room, and in the configuration, for major system rollouts.. . You will support analytics across Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, and Portfolio companies, and partner closely with business architecture and IT on the implementation of ERP and adjacent software. You will work alongside operators, model the data, configure platforms, validate numbers, and help drive decisions, while contributing to the standards and roadmap that scale the organization over time.. . Endeavour is selective about who we bring on board because our mission depends on it. Progress happens quickly and we must be able to trust one another to be transparent, communicative, strategic, reliable, and driven. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with a sense of humility and a hunger to make a positive impact in the world. We offer flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how and where to use them to add value.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Include but are not limited to:. . . . Hands-On Build & Operate: . Configure tools, model data, work fluently inside business software, and contribute directly to ERP reporting and analytics delivery. This is a builder/operator seat, not a delivery-oversight, program-management, or consulting-style advisory role.. . Analytics Platform Ownership: . Administer, configure, and improve our BI and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Loveable, Claude Design or similar). Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, DAX/SQL, dataflows, and dashboards.. . ERP & Operational Reporting: . Help own reporting against our ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems. Configure integrations, design the data model, build reconciliations, and produce the financial, project, and supply chain reports the business runs on. Comfort operating inside NetSuite (or equivalent) at a functional level — chart of accounts, subsidiary structure, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and the trade-offs against alternative ERPs.. . System Implementation Partnership: . Play an active, in-the-configuration role in the ongoing multi-system implementation. Partner with business architecture, IT, and functional leaders on the rollout of ERP and adjacent software supporting product development and sales, including requirements gathering, data model decisions, integration design, data migration, UAT, reporting build-out, and go-live support. Ensure the analytics and reporting layer is designed in from the start, not bolted on after.. . Business Architecture Support: . Contribute to business architecture work by mapping processes, data flows, and system boundaries across Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, Product Development, and Sales. Help connect process design to system configuration and reporting outcomes.. . Decision Influence Across Workstreams: . Help define how data flows, evaluate platforms, and shape standards that scale, bringing an informed point of view to design and tooling decisions across the program.. . Reporting & Data Quality: . Standardize reporting across entities; implement automated data checks, controls, validation, and reconciliation across systems; establish and monitor KPIs. Diagnose and resolve data issues with a high bar for accuracy.. . End-to-End Process Depth: . Develop solid operational understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, project accounting, inventory, product development, and construction cost flows so reporting and system design reflect how the business actually runs.. . AI & Automation: . Help define and implement AI-enabled analytics, automation of recurring reports, and intelligent data pipelines. Apply AI/ML to forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation, shipping working solutions rather than slideware.. . Cross-Functional Partnership: . Work directly with Finance for accurate, auditable reporting; coordinate with IT on architecture, access, and security; and translate analytics into clear decisions for operators across the portfolio and the implementation program.. . Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation: . Drive adoption of analytics standards and data governance. Produce user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training content.. . Technology Judgment: . Stay current on analytics, ERP, and AI developments. Hold informed views on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability, and be able to defend them with specifics from experience.. . Team Leadership & Growth: . Help set analytics standards and contribute to the roadmap, including AI adoption. Grow over time from individual contributor into a player-coach and people manager as the function scales, while remaining hands-on.. . . Education and Experience. . . Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.. . 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting, with a clear track record of hands-on work.. . Demonstrated functional depth in at least one major ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Workday considered)- including configuration, reporting, and an articulate point of view on capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability vs. alternatives.. . 3+ years administering and building in modern BI tools- including data modeling, semantic layer design, and performance tuning.. . Proven experience designing, standardizing, and implementing reporting and data governance processes end to end.. . Deep fluency with business software used to run companies (ERP, BI, CRM, supply chain, PLM, CMMS) including configuration, administration, and getting the most out of these platforms. Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.. . Hands-on experience deploying AI-assisted analytics or automation in production (not pilots or proofs of concept alone).. . Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, data center, or other production-related industries preferred.. . Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth or start-up environments preferred.. . Domestic and international travel required.. . . . . Specific Skills / Abilities. . . Execution orientation- bias toward shipping working solutions over producing strategy artifacts.. . Builder/operator mindset- comfortable in the tools and the configuration, not just coordinating others doing the work.. . Operational depth- fluency in end-to-end business processes and how they show up in systems and data.. . Implementation instincts — comfort working through requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live alongside business and IT partners.. . Familiarity with business architecture concepts and process-to-system mapping a plus.. . Concrete communicator- explains work through specific examples, decisions, and measurable outcomes rather than frameworks and generalities.. . Strong ownership of data accuracy and a high bar for the numbers.. . Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments without requiring it to be built around them.. . . How We Will Evaluate You. . Expect interviews to go deep on tangible examples, the data model you built, the report you fixed, the ERP issue you resolved, the implementation workstream you contributed to, the AI use case you deployed- including the decisions made, the trade-offs weighed, and the measurable results. High-level descriptions of "overseeing" or "driving alignment" without underlying detail will not be sufficient. We will also expect a thoughtful, candid self-assessment of strengths and development areas.. . Great Place to Work. . Enjoy…. . A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.. . A flexible, autonomous work environment.. . A culture of respect, learning, and excellence.. . Experienced, highly talented experts as team peers.. . Growth and travel opportunities.. . A team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet.. . About Endeavour. . Endeavour is rethinking the infrastructure model for the benefit of all.
