The Territory Field Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition and brand awareness through high-impact field marketing programs. This role leads to the recruiting, training, and management of field teams while executing lead-generation strategies across events and big-box retail locations. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop field marketing teams (Events, Outreach, Big Box). . Lead onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives. . Execute training programs aligned with company standards. . Manage and track KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, and ROI. . Plan and execute high-volume lead generation campaigns. . Develop territory-specific strategies to maximize engagement. . Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials. . Generate leads personally while leading by example. . Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and event organizers. . Oversee territory operations including event calendars, inventory, and logistics. . Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting. . Ensure compliance with company standards and partner requirements. . Finding, coordinating, booking, and executing events within the territory. . Maintaining labor and expenses within the budget. . . Qualifications . . .
