Airborne ABA is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and school settings. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving strong administrative and clinical support.. . Responsibilities. . . Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. . Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. . Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and update treatment strategies. . Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care. . Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and clinical staff. . Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards. . . Qualifications. . . Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification . . required for the position. . . . Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. .
