Experience with high power density compute trays, chassis and/or racks.. . Experience working with multi-material assemblies with mismatched CTEs. . . . Nice to Have:. .  . . . Experience with solder joint reliability . . Experience with large physical size IC packages and assemblies . . Experience with CoWoS package assemblies . . Experience with optical system assemblies . . Experience with mechanical aspects of liquid cooled assemblies.
