Understanding of PHYs and how analog components and circuits integrated into the broader PHY system . . Understanding and hands-on experience with clock-forwarded links, especially clock-forwarded optical links . . Design and successful tapeout experience with optical links, either on Tx or Rx sides. . Design and successful tapeout experience with AMS circuits for optical components.
