Description:. . . Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubik systems. . . Work with customers to add new servers and VMs into backups and to troubleshoot issues. . . Configure a new backup solution when purchased. . Troubleshoot and coordinate break fix for backup appliances (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubik) and disk arrays Oracle ZFS, NetApp,  Vast and IBM storage arrays. . . Monitor and fix issues with the SAN using command line troubleshooting and zoning. . . Work with the ISSO to make sure that vulnerabilities are patched. . . Work with the ISSO for SSP re-authorization.. . .  . . Work Hours:  Mon-Fri 0800 - 1600 unless otherwise approved by the COR-T. . Scheduled rotational on-call for after hours. .  . .
