Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help scale our team as we continue to grow. CLS is a managed services organization supporting the legal industry while also building our own AI-powered technology platform.. . This role will manage a diverse mix of hiring across contact center, legal, technical, and non-technical roles. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with volume recruiting but also has the experience and judgment to independently own searches from intake through offer.. . Location:. This role offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in or near . Dallas, TX. .. . What You’ll Do. . . Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles. . Lead high-volume hiring for contact center and operational positions. . Recruit for technical, corporate, and legal roles as business needs evolve. . Partner directly with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive searches forward. . Proactively source and engage passive candidates. . Conduct initial screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process. . Maintain strong pipelines and help CLS build scalable recruiting processes as we grow. . . What We’re Looking For. . . 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. . Demonstrated experience recruiting within contact center or call center environments. . Strong sourcing skills and experience managing multiple searches simultaneously. . Ability to operate autonomously and manage full-cycle recruiting with limited oversight. . Strong communication, organization, and hiring manager partnership skills. . Legal recruiting experience is a plus. . Technical recruiting experience is a plus. . Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus. . .
