Accounts Payable Specialist at Limiting Factor Group. . Location: Menlo Park. LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Accounts Payable Specialist makes sure suppliers are paid correctly and on time, and that every payment is supported by an approved order and proof of receipt. The company pays many large construction and equipment invoices, so accuracy and strong controls are essential.. . What you will do. . . Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records. . Prepare weekly payment runs by ACH, wire and check. . Track contractor retention, lien waivers and insurance certificates before releasing construction payments. . Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.. . Process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate cards. . . Qualifications. . . 1 year or more in accounts payable.. . Experience with an ERP and an expense management tool. . Knowledge of payment controls and how payment fraud is attempted. . Accuracy when handling a high volume of invoices. . Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. . Experience with three-way match in NetSuite or a similar system.. . . Additional Requirements. . . Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed. . This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered. . Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations. . . . Compensation & Benefits. . . Pay Range:. $70,000.00 - $105,000.00. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. . Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG.
