Role Description:. . The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of our Revenue Operations team and will configure technical solutions for ShipBob’s internal stakeholders. This role will be required to configure the solution on the Salesforce Platform as well as assist with scoping and documentation related activities. This role reports to the Manager, Salesforce.. . What you’ll do:. . . Resolve daily requests and tickets that pertain to Salesforce.. . Participate in technical design sessions and help develop solutions that align with our business goals.. . Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.. . Leverage declarative Salesforce tools to build solutions that build toward our business needs.. . Create tests for and document the implementation of business solutions.. . Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.. . . What you’ll bring to the table:. . . 4+ years of experience administering a 500+ seat Salesforce instance.. . Knowledge of and experience with declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Lightning Flow, etc.) as well as related best practices.. . Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce best practices as well as knowing when to use declarative versus code solutions to achieve goals.. .
