Duration:. 3–6 months, with possibility of extension. Compensation:. Unpaid. Hours:. 20 hours per week, flexible schedule. . Position Summary:. . We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented . Research Assistant Intern. to support ongoing research and evaluation projects. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, literature reviews, and report writing.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings. . Assist with qualitative and quantitative data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups). . Clean, code, and analyze datasets using Excel, SPSS, R, or similar software. . Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other dissemination materials. . Maintain accurate records of research activities. . Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions and planning. . Perform administrative tasks related to research as needed. . . Qualifications:. . . Current undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education, economics, psychology). . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication. . Familiarity with research methods and data analysis. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with statistical software is a plus. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. . . Preferred Skills (not required):. . . Experience with literature databases (e.g., JSTOR, PubMed, Google Scholar). .
