We are looking for a rock-solid candidate to join the Kinetic Insurance Distribution team. This is a small, fast-paced, and high functioning team that is focused on evangelizing a new value proposition in Workers’ Compensation and building a thriving and active broker network.. . The Account Manager is a motivated and detail-oriented team member who will help support outreach to local and regional agency partners at Kinetic. In this role, you’ll assist in reconnecting with existing partners and helping to introduce Kinetic to new ones. You’ll work closely with senior team members to help drive early engagement and support the onboarding process for agencies- laying the groundwork for a smooth handoff to a production underwriting team member.. . This is a fully remote position with up to 25% travel based on need.. . What you'll do:. . . Expansion and Activation . . Proactively identify contracted agencies with low or no engagement and execute a series of cadence outreach to turn them into productive, aligned partners.. . Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with underperforming partners to diagnose barriers to engagement and establish mutual success metrics.. . Serve as a temporary lead to create agency momentum, with clear exit criteria for successful handoff to our production underwriting counterparts.. . Successfully execute partner onboarding through a multi-touch approach (chat, email, video, in-person) to communicate Kinetic’s value, ensure readiness for launch, and promote early product adoption and sustained usage, with a focus on initial submission volume and injury reduction tool integration.. . Provide structured onboarding refreshers, training, and solutioning to remove friction points and rebuild partner confidence and alignment.. . Represent Kinetic at industry events or partner-hosted gatherings to strengthen presence and unlock additional relationship depth.. . . . Leverage Data to Drive Performance . . Use reporting and analytics tools to uncover trends across partner cohorts and geographies to plan around growth . . Monitor and analyze KPIs tied to company and departmental OKRs; provide accurate partner execution planning to meet pipeline goals.. . Collect, document and report out on industry trends, market conditions, and partner feedback to inform sales strategies and business decisions. . . . Work cross-functionally with underwriting and operations to implement best practices, streamline processes, and execute strategic initiatives. . Enhance operational efficiency and scalability while maintaining thorough documentation and territory organization within the CRM, ensuring up-to-date tracking of partner activity and performance insights.. . Establish a positive distribution team culture leveraging the Kinetic values. . . What you've done:. . . BA/BS degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent.. . 3+ years of experience. in account management with a preference for insurance experience.. . Demonstrated success . in engaging and influencing client stakeholders to accelerate relationship development and drive early wins.. .
