This is a generalist-meets-strategic-partner role designed to support both our culture and our people operations. You’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement and shaping our employee experience while also serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on a wide range of HR matters.. . This role requires a balance of proactive culture-building and readiness to navigate complex employee relations issues, including performance management, with clarity and compassion.. . Role Responsibilities. . . Serve as a strategic partner to team members and leaders, providing coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, and organizational design. . Drive engagement and culture initiatives across the organization, using feedback and data to inform and refine programs and experiences. . Plan and execute culture-building activities, including virtual and in-person team-building events, employee recognition initiatives, and company-wide celebrations. . Draft and deliver clear, engaging internal communications to keep team members informed, aligned, and connected across the organization. . Support core people processes such as onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and offboarding. . Lead or support employee relations investigations and make recommendations in partnership with legal and compliance teams. . Guide leaders through sensitive conversations and personnel actions, including performance improvement plans and terminations. . Help build scalable processes, policies, and tools that support a positive and inclusive employee experience. . Monitor engagement metrics and trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and implement solutions. . Champion Evergreen Nephrology’s values, ensuring people-first practices are embedded in daily operations. . Stay up to date on employment laws and HR best practices to continuously evolve our people strategy and programs. . Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned. . . Required Qualifications. . . Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. . 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including both generalist and strategic partnership responsibilities. . Experience navigating complex employee relations and leading performance conversations with tact and integrity. . Demonstrated success supporting culture-building and engagement programs in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. . Strong written and communication skills, with experience drafting internal messaging, employee-facing resources, and policy communications. . Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states. . Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, and coach at multiple levels of an organization. . High degree of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence. . Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure and clarity as the organization scales. . Prior experience in healthcare or a mission-driven organization is a plus. . Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams. . Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment: . . Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended. . Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role. . Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. . . . . Compensation. . The pay range for this role is . $70,000 to $90,000 . annually. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors. . .
