We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented . Project Analyst with experience in Oracle Fusion Projects Module within an ERP system. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering project contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations. The role will play a key part in tracking financial performance and ensuring that contracts are executed smoothly from inception to closure.. . The position will be . fully onsite for the first 90 days. . After that, it will follow a . hybrid schedule. , as approved by the manager and Human Resources. .. . Responsibilities:.  . . . Collaborate with sales, service, billing, and legal teams to ensure accurate project setup, including service/task structures, signed proposals, client purchase orders, and customer details.. . Partner with the billing team to resolve discrepancies, disputes, and issues promptly, making necessary adjustments to projects or billing contracts to prevent future issues.. . Oversee project forecasting, revenue recognition, billing schedules, and cost tracking in Oracle Fusion Projects.. . Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.. . Act as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.. . Track and report financial performance of projects, ensuring accurate billing, costing, and revenue recognition. . . Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide regular reporting on projects/billing contracts and performance to management.. . Support month end close process, including routine project and P&L review. . Conduct account reviews on a routine basis based on performance and management needs. . Assist in the documentation of internal processes and policies.. . Ensure accuracy in billing contracts and project setups, maintaining consistency with established business processes.. . Communicate with branch offices to ensure developed standards are adhered to and necessary follow-up is completed.. . Perform additional duties as required.. . .  . . Basic Requirements:.  . . . At least 1 year of experience in a business analyst, administrative, or finance-related role. . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.. . Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert strategy into actionable plans.. . Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.. . Effective team player with strong collaboration skills. . Strong understanding of contract terms, project management principles, and financial performance metrics.. . Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.. . Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship . .
