What You’ll Do. . . Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to . drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance for various clinical and operational teams. This role will be part of a fast-growing technology organization working to create bespoke solutions to support medically complex children on Medicaid, increasing safe days at home. . . You will: . . . . Design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau that enable data-driven decision making. . . Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards and aligned with business goals . . . Create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards . . . Partner closely with care model teams (e.g., transitions of care, behavioral health) . to gather business requirements and build key performance indicators/metrics, continually refining solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. . . Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes & care delivery efficiency, and clearly communicate findings through visualizations and presentations . . Utilize SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic data . . Manage analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g. JIRA), communicating with stakeholders on status and relaying priorities . . Collaborate with the product, engineering, and internal data team to help develop new tools and capabilities to improve operational and clinical quality and efficiency. . You will need:. . . 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in clinical data analytics. . . 3+ years of experience with Tableau demonstrating advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning and interactivity . . . Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytic tools quickly to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses . . Proven ability to communicate findings effectively through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals and impact . . Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with limited information, and adapting to evolving business priorities . . Experience using dbt for data modeling and using GitHub for version control . . Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, health information exchange) is a strong plus. . . . . . The role offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 in addition to an annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
