Develop and maintain high-quality internal and external documentation (e.g., client presentations, project plans, regional updates, service descriptions).. . Standardize processes and resources across regions, including onboarding workflows, documentation protocols, and operational toolkits.. . Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Sales, Data, People) to ensure aligned implementation of best practices across all accounts.. . Monitor and analyze program performance metrics via dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps and drive timely solutions.. . Serve as an escalation point for regional operational issues and drive resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.. . . Strategic Growth and Account Management:. . .
