We want to reward success and contribution. . . What You Bring. . . Proven track record sourcing B2B Sales Talent. . Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network. . Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings. . Partner with the Regional VP during the rigid sourcing cycle. . Develop a robust Sales pipeline using the Greenhouse CRM. . Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation. . . What you have:. . . 2 years minimum in Agency and or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions. . Bachelor's Degree, or Associates. . Experience with an ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. . Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages. . . #IMXIHQ.
