Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this critical role will own strategy and execution for Neo4j’s GTM strategy on core digital channels (paid search & social, website, email, etc). Neo4j is poised to deliver the most innovative and engaging digital experiences for our customers and we are looking for the leader to help drive the vision. You will own key decisions and execution resources for the full digital funnel – from traffic acquisition, website experience and conversion, and post acquisition nurture.. . This role is critical in driving the digital vision in partnership with multiple cross-functional teams to create audience-first full-funnel engagements. Keeping critical personas in mind, you will design and implement the company's overall search strategy to drive traffic and heighten visibility on search engines driving to our website. Once visitors arrive, the optimal engagement will allow for discovery, education, and even sales in an easy, intuitive, and friction-less experience. You will leverage data analytics, personalization strategies, and analytical tools to help increase demand, while strengthening the positioning of our brand. This global role will manage and expand a team covering UX/Web design, Web Architecture, Web Development, Web Analytics, Paid Media, and Email Marketing. This role will partner with brand, content, product marketing, product led and developer marketing, and regional marketing teams to support both brand and demand gen.. .  . . What You'll Do. . . Articulate overarching digital journeys that delight, educate, and inspire action with target personas or persona groupings, building digital experiences to facilitate that experience. Organic Search: partner closely with the global content and developer relations teams to ensure digital properties are focused on targets and goals.  Optimize technical web properties to reduce diversions, breakages, and other deterrents.. . Paid Media including content syndication, paid social, and other digital marketing campaigns to attain website traffic, demand generation, and brand awareness goals.. . Audience-centric website experience and conversion strategies to attain demand generation and product-led growth goals.. . Post-conversion marketing (email, paid channels) to drive demand generation and customer retention/growth goals.. . Ongoing web optimization and testing, in partnership with the Product Led Growth team, to improve company conversion goals on web properties.. . . Experienced professional with minimum 10 years' experience with developing state-of-the-art full-funnel digital+website experiences in B2B, large enterprise software industry and/or SaaS.. . The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.. . In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus.
